FAQ

Straight answers before you book.

What is forestry mulching?

A tracked machine with a spinning drum grinds brush, saplings, and small trees into mulch on the spot. Nothing is hauled to a dump. Nothing is burned on site.

Where do you work?

We take jobs across New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and New York. Travel for larger sites is quoted with the work.

How is a job priced?

Access, acreage, stem size, density, slope, and what you want left standing. You get a fixed price after we see photos or walk the site — not a vague hourly guess.

How long does a project take?

Many house lots finish in a day. Multi-acre or steep sites take longer. The quote includes a time window.

Will you damage the soil?

Mulching is lighter than dozing and stump-raking the whole parcel. Wet days and steep cuts are planned so we are not carving ruts for sport.

Can you work around trees I want to keep?

Yes. Mark them. We clear under and around what you want standing.

Do you haul the material away?

Usually no. The mulch stays as a ground cover. Haul-off is a different scope if you need bare dirt.

What plants can you take out?

Multiflora rose, autumn olive, greenbrier, honeysuckle, saplings, and mixed brush typical of this region. Large timber and stumps are a different conversation.

Do you plow snow?

Yes. Residential driveways and commercial lots, yards, and access roads. Seasonal contracts or per-storm. Email jake@propertyreclamationpros.com with the address and a photo of the drive or lot.

Do you install or repair gravel driveways?

Yes. New gravel driveway installation and repair of rutted, washed-out, or thin existing drives, often right after a clearing job so the property is usable year-round.

Ready to open the land back up?

Send the address, a few photos, and what you want the property to become. We reply with a clear plan and a fixed price.
